Project managers are knowledgable and involved in every step of a design project. This means they will work on a timeline, with a budget, to create design drawings, oversee construction, procure furniture, and install fixtures and finishes.

A dmginteriors project manager is like having your own employee that has extensive experience with construction and relocation. Our project managers catch mistakes and make sure that the client's interests are protected and asserted at all times. They keep all the plates spinning and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

In design, procurement allows for clients to have a wide choice in everything from chairs to flooring to fixtures. This also allows for a wide range in pricing that will meet any price point.

dmginteriors provide procurement services through a specialized deparment, Design Management Group, allowing our client to benefit of pricing and lead time advantages, available normally to dealers only. On top of that, we offer project continuity, and timing control, something not provided by conventional dealerships. By evaluating and analyzing various conditions throughout the project, Design Management Group supports dmginteriors’ goal to achieve overall design excellence at the lowest possible cost. Design Management Group has access to more than 1,000 furniture manufacturers, including proprietary ones who require working through their preselected dealers.
